We always take a pets here. Lots of knowledge patience and support from excellent staff through all stages of our pets lives. Recommend them without hesitation

I been bringing my 2 dogs, rabbit, chickens and my parents pets here for over 8 years. I  come here every single months at least once for my dogs arthritis injections, allergies and lots more. Prices are good compared to other places. My only complaint and frustration  is staff turn over. Why so many great, experienced vets have left this place? I had such a great relationship for years with few of the vets who knew my fur babies so well and now I have to explain everything over and over again every time I visit. One of the vets, seems so young, used google to search what surgery my dog had. She actually said “I don’t know what that is.” How can I trust you then to do best for my dogs? 
I like Kim, Micheal and other Asian vet,  I can’t remeber his name, however I feel they are always in a hurry because they are so over booked. Last time I booked appointment with Micheal he seemed so stressed, in a hurry, not as helpful and nice as he used to be. Nutses are so nice and helpful, some been there for long and they are very knowledgeable. Older, blonde nurse/ receptionist can be rude and I think she could be more professional. I wonder if she is owners or Micheal’s wife as she acts like she owns the place.

I only came to this local vet as mums 17 year old dog was dying and we wanted to help stop the pain.  The ladies here were so compassionate in such a terrible time.  They even posted a card the next week expressing sympathy.  Sad time nice staff.

desexed my dog today , thank you very much ! 😍 ... he's in a bit of pain but thank yous for your service... the young ones that work there are awesome ... but the old lady looks like she dont even wanna work there !
