I rushed my beloved kitty, Gizmo, to Advanced Vetcare just a day ago as his health suddenly deteriorated. The reception staff and the entire team acted swiftly and compassionately, doing everything they could to save him. The veterinarian who explained Gizmo's condition was exceptional — sensitive and empathetic when it came to making the heartbreaking decision to stop CPR. The reception staff also showed immense kindness and support as I struggled through the grief of losing my precious boy.nnEven though Gizzy wasn’t a regular patient, they treated him as if he were one of their own. He was truly in the best hands. Thank you, Advanced Vetcare team, for your love, care, and support as Gizmo crossed the rainbow bridge.
I don’t know what to say to describe how beyond grateful I am for your clinic. You guys have been absolutely amazing.. from the initial call through to Mia’s treatment and discharge process.nEveryone has been very thoughtful, thorough, patient, friendly and polite .nMia was definitely in great hand and was very well looked after.nnThank you for getting to the bottom of her condition so quickly and for saving her life.nnNote to the pet owners! If your pet doesn’t require an emergency visit being sudden injuries and life-threatening illnesses at the most critical time of need I would recommend to see your local vet before calling them and then getting annoyed and impatient about the waiting times and taking it out on the team at the Advanced VetCare Kensington… it is not fair to them.nIt is Emergency Clinic after all and the staff shouldn’t put up with any kind of bad attitude because they do the best they can to accomodate all patients according to the severity of the symptom and situation.
Thank you for your absolute mighty love and care of our dear Jack Russell Ruby. Tania and the entire team at Advanced Vet Kensington stood by us every step of the way with the same love and care that we give Ruby, and she in return give us. Ruby has been such an important part of our family, she has always been there supporting us unconditionally.nWith the removal of her leg, we feel you have helped us return that love and support Ruby has shown us and given her a fabulous new lease on life. That she truly deserves. Thank you, Tania and the entire crew at Advanced Vet Kensington for such amazing care you have openly provided to our our 4 legged.. and for some 3 legged family members.
We couldn’t be more pleased with the care our dog, Mango, received during his surgery and chemotherapy treatment at Advanced Vetcare. Dr. Sam and Dr. Laura, we are forever grateful for saving his life, where other places could not—words can’t express how thankful we are.nnThe receptionists and nurses were incredibly kind and nurturing, making Mango feel right at home. He never showed signs of fear or anxiety, walking into every session confidently and leaving with a smile each time.nnThank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking such great care of Mango and making the process as comfortable as possible for him.
We were recommended here from the Bundoora vet as our frenchie was having a suspected IVDD problem and referred here for a CT scan. We’re pleased to say we were very happy with the service here, and the veterinarian doing the consultation/checkup was great. Thankfully our frenchie miraculously recovered quick from a hunched back and unable to walk reacted well on the 3rd day to the medication and rest received on the day visiting this clinic. Happy to revisit this place again if our pup has this issue again.
