Absolutely amazing customer service, some of the best I've ever experienced. Fixed my engagement ring, along with redesigning aspects of the ring to ensure it wouldn't break again/ was stronger than it was originally ring bought from different seller - fixed by SS Impressions. Overall, 10/10 and have recommended them to everyone.
Steven's work was top notch: from his customer service and industry knowledge, to his commitment to excellence. He was very professional and efficient when resizing our ring and happy to go out of his way to meet our needs. Highly recommended, I would not go anywhere else!
Steven is the very friendly and knowledgable owner of SS Impressions, he was very helpful in resizing our ring and provided lots of extra information/ insight free of charge. Highly recommended if you want someone who is honest, approachable and takes pride in their work with an affordable price!
I have used Steve twice recently, both experiences fantastic. He made matching rings for my daughter and myself and went out of his way even driving to her house the day before her wedding to make sure the size was correct. Great guy .
What an incredible jeweller. Steven was just a pleasure to deal with and I am so glad we found him. Hes super honest and educates you aswell. He has a wealth of knowledge and i walked away in a daze with all of the valuable information he gave me which I had no idea about before. Highly recommend!
I mean guys... I don’t know where to begin! From the genuine caring of Steven, to the replying to my A MILLION emails, to the design of our ring, to the finishing time at a VERY busy period of the year, to the pure outstanding workmanship of his jewelry- if you’re looking for a jeweler HE IS THE ONE! He has truly made clients for life with us now; we’re planning on getting our wedding bands made there & I can’t imagine us going ANYWHERE else and getting even a smidgen of the service that he has provided us in this short time. Great work Steven, you deserve this review more than you know. If I could give 100 stars I would!

Was so impressed with the price and service from Steven at SS Impressions when I took quite a few items in for repair and cleaning. I was amazed that they were all done so quickly and it’s so lovely to know claws are all checked and everything gleaming beautifully like new again. Will definitely be a regular and would highly recommend to anyone.
