I don’t understand the bad reviews; my first ever time in this store and my experience with Caity was wonderful; provided friendly, patient and helpful assistance while I took my time choosing a necklace, earrings and bracelet. Allowed payment for same two days later over the phone and held the paid items for 5 days before I could get back into the store to collect. So unlike others I received great friendly service and flexible purchasing options.

very poor service, wasn't busy at all no staff attending and walk straight pass us..never going there again..other outlets are much better

The assisstant manager says No to personal shoppers. So if you are helping someone else to buy, don't waste your time in here. All the other pandora in WA are really fine.
