Sprout Salad Bar

I have eaten here many times and have been very happy with the food! You get good value for what you pay and it's tasty, fast and healthy. What has been nice when going back is the friendly owner who always remembers me and has a great big smile every day. The smoothies could be a bit thicker for my liking but I don't have any criticism of the food.

Great place to pop in and get some healthy food options. I got a couple of spinach wraps and they were just delicious. Amazing flavours and fresh ingredients. Very fast service and best breakfast option in Randwick.

Delicious salad and extra friendly service. What a warm, kind and friendly place that exists so close to the hospital and surrounding eastern suburbs.

Sprout Salad Bar ranks as one of my top 3 places to go to in Randwick along with the Ritz Cinema choc tops and theatre popcorn and the Spot Patisserie well designed, friendly staff and delicious pastries. The service at Sprout is excellent, portions are big, ingredients are fresh. I like that the atmosphere is pretty laid back and that there are a lot of options to choose from. I'd recommend the Halloumi Salad for the healthy eaters. I tend to eat the bacon and egg wraps with the free coffee as it's the best bang for your buck.

Casual well lit environment, all salad are daily fresh, after waiting at the table, I was taken - a-back by the huge size of my salad bowl they are very generous with thier servings, it was a beautiful fresh salad so many things in it I couldn't eat it all I was full!. the chef is such a nice person and so friendly thier are a variety of other things on the menu from hot soups to desserts ect, and good coffee.

Very disappointing meal. Steak salad with egg, Parmesan and chilli mayo sounds yummy - it wasn't. Steak was paper thin, tasteless and overcooked to bloody oblivion, very little egg to be found, literally a homeopathic serving of Parmesan and the chilli mayo dressing that was soup like runny and didn't taste like neither mayo nor chilli. Everything was chopped into tiny chunks and quite a few lettuce leaves were blackish and definitely not fresh. On the upside the serving was overall very generous, but most certainly not worth the price.

Great little cafe, staff are very friendly and the price is great. $11 for a brekkie wrap and very generously sized too and a large coffee, unheard of in Sydney. Good work guys.

I really like it here. Fresh, tasty food and at a very reasonable price: I had a lovely runny egg in my tasty breakfast roll. The members of staff are really lovely too.

I had bought a banana bread from the cafe recently and was extremely disappointed by it. The banana bread was stale, tasted awful and had I observed mould growing on it. Please make sure you regularly check the shelf life of the food products you sell. I will not be buying from this cafe again.

Delicious food! Great service! Had banana bread, juices and wraps. Went back for the brownie. Well worth it!
