I travel a lot and frequent loads of different Spotlight stores. Bundaberg is the only Spotlight store that I’ve visited with the exception of Rockhampton where I was pleasantly surprised. I thought Rockhampton store was impressive, very neat and very tidy, but I now stand dumbfounded… Bundaberg Spotlight was IMMACULATE! I actually looked around to find something out of place but there was nothing! You can actually find stuff here! Anyway, I don’t know how they do it but this is now my favourite store! #1 Bundaberg and #2 Rocky :

What a disaster of a store. It's an embarrassment to the brand. Received the wrong items in our click and collect. Went back to sort it out, which they did, the queue was massive, not a single person serving. The people at the counter were all correcting items they'd been given in error. One poor lady was overcharged hundreds of dollars and the girl behind the counter had no idea. She did ask for help from the manager, who never bothered to come help. Then when I asked for help, apparently I was being 'angry'. Get some staff and show them how to use the till.
Great large store has more than you would expect. From yarn the cake decorations it has a large amout of items. Unfortunately it makes the isles a bit crammed finding your way around may be a bit hard. Just ask the staff their great :D
The staff are so friendly and happy to share their knowledge and ideas for your craft and sewing. Very informative
