I purchased an Eathon 3 Seater Recliner Serenity Beige from Harvey Norman Bundaberg on 2/12/25. The total cost was $1,506 including delivery.nnWhen the couch arrived, it was already damaged. There was a noticeable brown mark on the fabric, and one of the recliners was faulty. For a brand-new couch, this was extremely disappointing.nnWe contacted the store immediately and were told the only option available was to have a repair technician assess and fix it. In my opinion, when a new couch arrives damaged and faulty, a replacement or some form of compensation should be offered — not just a repair.nnA repairer attended and temporarily fixed the recliner, but advised a new part was required. We then waited approximately a month for the part to arrive. On the day the repair was scheduled, I received a call advising that the replacement part itself had arrived damaged.nnIt is now 23/02/26 and we are still dealing with a couch that was delivered damaged from day one. This has been a frustrating and drawn-out process for what should have been a simple purchase of a brand-new lounge.nnVery disappointed with the overall experience and after-sales service.
I recently made a purchase at Harvey Norman Bundaberg, specifically in the Computers and Phones section, and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mark. He attentively listened to my needs and provided everything I required with integrity and honesty, without the usual sales pitch. Mark answered all my questions and went above and beyond to make my shopping experience enjoyable. Additionally, all the staff throughout the store were a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend this store.
We went to Harvey Norman in Bundaburg! We were greeted by a relatively young man, we explained that we were after a house full of furniture, tv, fridge ect ect.nThe sales person pointed to where we could find what we were looking for.nHe advised us to help ourselves find what we want then he would wright us up!nSo we gave him the same respect he gave us then left and spent almost $30,000 in your competiters shop!!!nObviously the young mans phone was far more important than his commision!!!!
I ordered a new washing machine online, and they rang in no time at all to arrange delivery. The delivery men were great, leaving it just where I wanted. Thank you so much everyone. Very happy customer.
I have dealt with this store for 25 years. The staff and service have been and are exceotional across all departments. I won't go anywhere else. Thankyou to a great team.
