I cannot rate this store highly enough. The customer service I've received on several occasions has been outstanding. The store stocks a range of top quality products and the staff know about what they sell. This is my go-to store for anything bbq related.

Had a very disappointing experience in store today as although the salesman who initially served us was helpful the Manager was in fact very rude to the salesman and myself when we asked him a question in relation to the specific Barbecue. It was very embarrassing and the Manager certainly needs to learn customer service as well as manners. Because of his attitude I did not make the intended purchase and will not be recommending this store to any family or friends. Very disappointing !

Good service and product range.

Fantastic customer service. The young man that served us answered all our questions amd double checked answers to make sure correct information was given. He helped us make our decision on what bbq to buy. Stock was available for our desired product and they helped load it in the car. Couldn't ask for better service. Thank you guys.

Called in this afternoon  stood around for better than 10 minutes. Totally ignored by staff! Left in disgust. Brought a Weber at the Good Guys, got real service at an excellent price.

Customer service could be nicer

Salesman old guy was rude and unaccommodating around COVID rules and valid exemptions. He seemed grumpy the whole time. Very unprofessional.
