We purchased our new mattress from Forty Winks a few months ago and we are still so delighted with everything. The shop has a lovely vibe, the sales team are super friendly, so knowledgeable and not at all pushy, and the mattress we chose could not have been better suited to us. impeccable customer service from Meaghan, i was a bit painful when deciding between two mattresses but she was so patient and helpful. she helped me find the perfect mattress and for the first time in weeks i didn’t wake up with a sore back. would definitely recommend
I loved forty winks but the bundaberg store need to refresh up on their work load, we bought 2 queen beds which were meant to arrive the following day. Lucky I rang the delivery person because apparently the salesperson forgot to put it on the delivery run . As I walked out I said now they will arrive tomorrow they both said yes definitely. I hope they arrive Friday now as we have visited arriving for the weekend so we need beds.

WOW as soon as I walked into the store there was a great vibe to the store and we purchased "Rise medium Queen bed mattress" Our lovely salesperson was Meaghan S, Meaghan was very professional and went through the steps to find a compatible mattress for us. We went to other bedroom stores on this day but this Forty Winks Bundaberg has blow the competitors away. I would recommend to go there before going anywhere else. Regards, Dave & Julie

Over the last few years whenever I've needed anything bedding I've gone to 40 Winks. The service is fantastic, staff are friendly and certainly know their stuff. The store is clean and set out beautifully. I don't know what they've got going on in their but it even smells great. And the sheets! WOW! So so good. I LOVE LOVE LOVE my bed. Thanks so much for finding the right bed for us.
We bought a new mattress from Forty Winks Bundaberg. The range of stock was extensive and Michael had intimate knowledge of the product range. After testing many we were slightly confused but Michael worked through our requirements and we settled on a Sleepeezee foam product. After 2 weeks we have had good nights and are happy with our choice. Thanks Forty Winks
