Custom order blinds and curtains - failed to turn up on scheduled install date. Agent thought it was fine to attempt a reschedule more than two weeks out from failed install. Cutomer complaint handled in Melboirne where the call centre agent was abusive and manager was caugh out in a lie. Terrible customer service, terrible complaint handling to resolve Spotlights error. Worse service ever experienced. I asked to speak with Store Manager but was told they dont want to talk with me. The number of mistakes and disrespectful attitude of multipe staff indicative of extremely poor service culture.

What an absolute Joke. If i could give -5 stars i would. Ordered an outdoor awning at the end of November 2017 didn't worry about chasing it up until the new year as we weren't really in a rush. After ringing the made to measure team at the start of January on 3 different occasions i got bulls**t excuses like . "its still with our check measure team it shouldn't be too far away" then i got "the lady who handles awnings isn't in at the moment ill get her to check for you and ring you back" (never got a phone call back). Went into the Browns Plains store we ordered it from lady there was quite helpful and found out the colour awning we ordered had been discontinued and had to be re issued, finally thought we were getting somewhere. Awning arrived the end of February got booked in for installation on Tuesday 27th of Feb, one guy came out said he couldn't do it because he needed another bloke to hold it (would have thought you would know this considering its a 4m long awning). Re-scheduled install for Friday 2nd of March get a phone call from the bloke who is supposed to be coming tomorrow only for him to tell me his off sider wasn't coming to help him install the awning because he had concerns about how to fix the awning to the fascia. As part of compensation for the muck up we were given a $100 spotlight voucher which i'm gladly going to use to scoop up my dogs s**t as this is all its probably good for. To say my wife and I are pissed off is a huge understatement, these guys couldn't organise a root in a brothel. From start to finish the whole process has been a shambles. The final kick in the guts was when we went in to make final payment, the made to measure lady jokingly said "well at least you might get your awning before Christmas". Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Never in a million years will i ever step foot in a spotlight store again.

Very messy store snd difficult to find someone to help you. I end up avoiding this place unless it's a last resort situation.
