Everytime my wife or I visit the store all the staff are exceptional to offer a great service and provide any information we need. Also has the dreamfarm range my wife loves! Highly recommend

I have found the staff there very rude. (Particularly the older lady working there) Have contacted the store regarding product advice and price matching, was told no very rudely and hung up on. This was the last straw for me. Have received service from this particular person in store as well, my experience on several occasion was that I was ignored until I approached her, and never a smile. Found her to be very short and quite rude when answering my questions.  Felt like I was intruding and shouldn't have been there.  Have previously purchased from this store once but will never be returning.  Have been to and contacted King of Knives at Chermside and Indooroopilly and both stores were super helpful and gave me their very best price possible which was all I was after... a smile and the best they could do for me. Again , I will never go back to the Carindale store.

Slightly rude when I went in, poor range of products, no stone holders or decent sized cutting boards, if you want good products avoid, went there because of a gift certificate
