What delightful shop, the moment you enter is a pure joy, it smells glorious with 2 beautiful ladies greeting with genuine smile. They have everything for everyone. I bought tiny earrings in a shape of a bee and macadamia brittle  Will definitely visit again

I received a wonderful Valentine’s gift from husband from white grove house, and I have to say, the presentation was absolutely beautiful! The flowers were fresh and gorgeous, the little details on how my gift pack was presented, right down to the red ribbon was done with such love and care. My husband is time poor and said ordering online was super easy and he found the gift hampers made gift buying so much easier and affordable. Would 100% recommend, we will be returning customers.

Went to get a bunch of flowers for my wife. Absolutely got appalling service.  Very unprofessional. Really immature from an older woman. Hope she wasn’t the owner because that’s just embarrassing if that’s how you talk to customers The lady with glasses there basically made out it was my fault they had not ordered enough flowers, because I was disorganised….. it was 12:30 during the day and they had run out…poorly run business/ordering obviously. Really unprofessional. Sad. I heard this place was good. Clearly not. I wouldn’t recommend.  Update - the owners response below is all very inaccurate information. The flowers, the colours. Couldn’t be further from what I was asking for. Why this is, is because I was talking to a nice young girl when she stormed in from out the back and rudely interrupted the girl and I, saying we are all out of flowers and it’s my fault I couldn’t get any from her shop. I was asking for any variety of white flowers with some green foliage…not purple or blue or whatever ridiculous colour roses you said in your response I was asking for. I’m a professional gardener….I wouldn’t ask for that rubbish. Her response to my review just highlights the unprofessionalism and lack of the qualities required by a boss let alone a business owner. I feel for her staff. They where clearly really embarrassed by her words/actions.

Extremely overpriced and rude owner.  On the 8/1/22 i checked your opening hours for both the shop and the florist to check you were open. I saw Saturday 9am-5pm, i came in around 3pm and your florist was already closed.  I asked the "boss" in the other shop if you had any dried flowers in bunches to purchase another day as i had previously done with you, the response i got was "we only really sell the dried flowers in the arrangements and if you just wanted bunches we don't have them anyway". What kind of florist doesn't have flowers?  I called up today to try and speak with someone else and got told you in fact DID have the bunches and i could come in to purchase. I had previously paid $12.95 for dried hydrangeas but today was charged $35??? I understand if the first time i was charged incorrectly but that price is just ridiculous and was spoken to, by the "boss" again, with utter disrespect and so much anger when i asked why the price was different.  The only reason i came here in the first place was that my wholesaler takes a while to deliver and your shop is only a small drive away. You must also be trimming back the hydrangeas you sell as the bunches i usually buy are almost double the size of the ones you gave me.  I sympathises that times are difficult at the moment but there is no need to take it out on potential returning customers. I will not be coming back here and warning others to shop elsewhere.

What a great store! Exceptional service. The young lady with the glasses was only too happy to help me find what I was after. Nothing seemed too much trouble. I will definitely be recommending this store to my friends.

Just wanted to compliment and recommend White Grove House QLD for the beautiful flowers they organised for my mums 91 birthday sent to Nundah Great job guys! Gorgeous gift ideas and sooo easy to order online when you live in another city from the person you're buying for. 100% using White Grove House for all of my gifts

amazing arrangement! I had ordered the florist selection in the summer garden palette for my grandma's 83rd birthday and she loved them. Such a beautiful selection of flowers!! will definitely be using you guys again thank you so much!!
