Very upsetting experience. Owner seemed more keen on quoting policy then providing kind and fair customer service. Very disappointing. As a regular customer, I sadly won't be returning.

Prue and Trud are alive and well in James Street! This place has condescending custom service and take no responsibilty for damaged goods. I bought nearly $200 worth of expensive crockery for a 50th birthday pressie, when my sister in law opened the gift we noticed a flaw which looked like a chip on the teacup. I went back to Kova and they could only offer for a picture to be taken to see what the manufacturer - Mudd could offer me. At this time the staff member also said it had been used!!! I DO NOT USE GIFTS! Kova came back again and said that Mudd would not replace it as it had been used, the only explanation I have is that Kova has sold me a used product!! I will be taking this further!!!

Appalling after-sales service on a damaged product they sold and packaged. Accused customer of using and damaging product before returning it. Repeated blunt refusal to address the issue with customer. Revolting condescending interaction by awful women who aren't well positioned to be condescending. Acid at all costs.
