Always love gift shopping here. The lovely staff are always ready with great suggestions for the perfect gift. Even when I'm just browsing to kill time, the staff are always pointing out things I'd like. I could easily spend several hours here.

Very strict on their no refund/no exchange outside 7 days policy, and staff were unnecessarily rude and condescending in answering if it would be an option. Disappointing for a small business who are usually more friendly to their customers.

Obviously this business is doing well enough to close the doors early (in spite of the opening hours clearly signposted next to the door) and turn away customers - in spite of staff still being inside the shop - who it seemed would rather look at potential customers with disdain than make an easy sale. Better service can (obviously) be had elsewhere.
