Just went in to NT Spokes with a recently purchaced used bike to have a new chain fitted I found the staff very approachable, informative, and good value for money. Paul one of the mechanics even adjusted the suspension and inflated the tyres for me after I'd paid to get the chain fitted. Great service. Thanks
Absolutely great service! Staff were very helpful and friendly!!! Came in for some spare parts and as a new rider didn't know how to explain the components but they where very kind and assisted me in getting the correct parts that I needed! 5 Star!! Will make Spokes NT my go to bike shop!
Always lovely and willing to assist. Spent quite a bit of time with us and allowed our toddler to wander and touch without any stress. Will continue to use this store for all my bike needs.
