Today I went to my ride shop and was served by  I think her name was Yvonne and she was so lovely! I was so indecisive and she let me test ride the bikes multiple times and gave me good advice on which would be better! And then she built both bikes and had them ready to go within a few hours because I was leaving town. So helpful and I highly recommend!

Passing through AS and the owner was professional and addressed our issues on the day. Great range and nice to have a female owner and technician as a bonus.

Best bike shop in town

Very helpful staff who can print bike routes for you for your stay in Alice Springs. Yvonne was very intuitive and extremely nice ! I had to leave Sunday which they are closed and I was only going to rent it for the day Saturday. She offered to meet with me so I could return it on the Sunday! Great equipment, I got a whole other ride in with it. Amazing.

The best bike hire experience we have ever had! Super professional, highly knowledgeable and very friendly.

Nice place, clean, open, professional. The owner was very friendly and helpful and found us 6 bikes 3 adults and 3 children despite the short 2 day notice. They asked the height of each person and had all the bikes adjusted when we picked them up. They provided helmets, locks, a pump and spare tube. Their opening hours are limited on Saturday 9-12, however for $10 they organise for the bikes to be picked up or dropped off at another time. We rode from Simpson's gap to Alice Springs and it was a very pleasant experience
