I was really impressed with the level of personal and friendly service at Smith St Velo. The shop has a welcoming vibe and nothing seems to be too much trouble. I took in my Sturmey Archer internal hub with some issues and although not a regular item , the guys sorted it effortlessly and tweaked other little things without a hassle. Left with my bike feeling like it had an upgrade!

Can't say enough good things about Velo bike shop. The staff are great. The service is amazing. I have purchased 4 bikes from Velo over the last few years and all have been great quality. The support and advice has been second to none. Shane spends the time to get you the right bike for your specific needs
Will definately continue to shop at Velo

I came up to Alice Springs especially to MTB ride. Heard about the legendary trails. I purchased a new bike for Christmas and did not have a chance to make it tubeless or put goo in the tubes to assist in preventing flats. I walked into With Street Velo this morning and John set my fatbike bike up with plenty of goo to deal with any unwanted punctures from the thorns up here. Thanks heaps to John for setting my fatbike up with some goo for my tubes. I feel so much more confident knowing he had put the goo in the tubes so actually enjoyed the ride rather than stressing about getting a flat.
John also gave me some great tips on how to find the more adventurous tracks.

I have been dealing with Shane and the team @ Smith st Velo since he opened the store. Very happy with his level of service and expertise. Shane tends to turn the level of "personal service up a notch when beer/coffee are included!!!😁

Shane and the crew at Smith St Velo offer great and reliable service with expertise knowledge. I bought a Bombtrack Oxbridge from Smith St and I couldn't be happier with the recommendation and bike build provided. Everyone here is genuinely passionate about bikes and it's an awesome place to shop and have a chat at the same time.
