Our centre was built for our community and we believe health and fitness should be accessible to everybody, regardless of your shape, size, fitness level, background or experience.

An excellent facility, and arguably the best in the Northern suburbs of Melbourne. The gym is modern and well equipped, and the pools are exactly what's needed this Summer. Whether you enjoy free play or lane training, the 8 lane 50 metre pool covers it all. The staff are helpful and friendly. This is a sorely needed upgrade on the old Craigieburn centre. Big thumbs up from me!

Beautiful, fresh clean, great place to be. 
Very reasonable entry prices (free (>3year old) to a max of $7.45), and only   $5.50    for all day water slides! 
Turbo Twist has single or tandem rafts, is 129.9 metres long, and reaches speeds of up to 30 kilometres per hour.
The Viper body slide is 108.74 metres long, and reaches speeds up to 50 kilometres per hour.
Need to be 1.25 m tall to ride slides. 
Opening hours: 
Slides: M-F 4pm-7pm Sat/Sun 9.30am-4pm. 
School hols 9am-7pm. 
Pool: M-F 5.30am-10pm, Sat/Sun 8am- 5pm.

To anyone thinking of making a trip down to Splash in Craigieburn, please read the below letter my partner and I have sent to them after our negative experience there today...

To whom this may concern, 

I’m writing to you to express my frustration regarding a disappointing experience I had today at Splash. 

Upon paying to enter the pool with my partner we discovered that all casual lockers were in use and that only vacant lockers which were reserved for members were available. This began a conversation with a lady at the front desk in which I was looking for a solution to this problem. In summary:

- My only option was to either leave our belongings in a public space and “keep an eye on it” or wait at the desk for a casual locker to become available. 

- When I pointed out that it was a poor system to only have 20 casual lockers available and requested a refund I was told “that is not possible”. Please keep in mind that is seems like a broken system to allow people to pay for entry into the pool, then discover that casual lockers need to be purchased back at the front desk and ONLY if one of the 20 allocated for non members are available. To then be denied a refund is absolutely ridiculous. 

- Having been denied the refund we asked to speak with the Manager on duty (Nick). We then proceeded to explain the situation to him. We asked Nick what solutions he could suggest to resolve the issue and he couldn’t come up with any (even after admitting that it was a bad system that had lead to this issue in the first place). Feeling completely astonished by Nick’s inability to remedy the situation, I decided to extend a creative solution to the problem - I leave my licence with him in return for a members locker pass (and then exchange them upon our departure from the centre). Although Nick’s expression appeared positive at this suggestion, this was ultimately still declined, stating that “I would still need to sign up for a membership in order to use a members locker”. As the conversation had reached a Mexican stand-off of sorts, I once again asked for a refund. At long last this was accepted and arranged by Nick. 

This entire experience has left an incredibly bitter taste in our mouth. Please review this situation throughly and revert back to us with what will be done to solve this obvious flaw in the operations of your centre.

Great place for families and kids. Not enough lockers on a busy Saturday so my stuff wasn't secure. The water slides are very fun and the pools where nice even tho they were crowded.

Went to splash yesterday and the place is fantastic great slides and facilitates but I feel there should be more control over what is brought in. This is not a picnic ground that we bring in Eskis and pizzas to. I also noticed food being dropped on the ground and left there. Rubbish needs to be disposed of properly the staff are not your slaves.
Rules need to be obeyed regardless of who you are.
