Our centre was built for our community and we believe health and fitness should be accessible to everybody, regardless of your shape, size, fitness level, background or experience.

We’ll support you with personalised exercise programs and nutritional advice so you can get fitter, healthier and happier.

We have a range of membership packages that are both flexible and
affordable and can be built to suit the needs of each member.

Whether you’re interested in our waterslides, gym, group fitness classes, pools, spas, sauna or steam room - we have something for everyone.

Splash is wonderful place for family, specially kids and parents. Warm water is there to swim. Spa was amazing. Slides were there for children. Different range of swimming pools were there. Gym is also there. Warm water for body was very good. My nephew really enjoyed there and we also. Old parents were there in spa and they really enjoyed there.
I came here just to leave a comment after dealing with this team and after reading the reviews, I completely understand why so many people are frustrated. The management here is by far the most unprofessional I’ve ever encountered.nnThe behaviour isn’t just limited to the staff, unfortunately, it clearly starts from the top. After speaking with a manager/supervisor myself, it became obvious why the team acts the way they do. The level of rudeness and lack of accountability is shocking. Instead of supporting customers, they seem to be trained in dismissiveness and arrogance.nnWhat’s worse is the way they handle issues. If there’s a technical glitch in their system or booking portal, instead of helping, they resort to blaming and threatening the customer, even when the mistake is clearly on their side. The idea that “they’re always right” seems to be their internal belief, but they haven’t grasped even the basics of customer rights or service.nnIt’s disappointing and frankly embarrassing, especially in a country like Australia where customer service and fairness are treated as the heart of any business. I’ve had much better service in places where you’d expect far less.nnHume City Council seriously needs to investigate this team for its lack of values, culture, training and insensitivity towards the customers.
Teenagers strolling in through the gym gates when someone exits. Staff member watches and does nothing. Make it free for everyone if you're allowing them in. These teenagers then proceeded to hog multiple machines, including the empty machine next to them, asking me to get off when I sat down. Also, you have rats.
I take the grandkids here. It can get pretty crowded and when you're waiting for a changing room people don't hurry. My grandson asked me if the people were living in there now they took so long.nSlides and kids play equipment seems to be closed in the evening. When the slides are open during the day the kids love it.nReasonably priced and there is a cafe on site as well. Parking can be a hassle.
Craigieburn Splash is a fantastic aquatic center with something for everyone. The hot pool, sauna, and steam room are perfect for relaxation, while the kids will love the exciting water activities. The facility is clean, well-maintained, and staffed by friendly professionals. Plus, the prices are very reasonable, making it an excellent choice for family fun and unwinding. Highly recommended!
