Our centre was built for our community and we believe health and fitness should be accessible to everybody, regardless of your shape, size, fitness level, background or experience.

We’ll support you with personalised exercise programs and nutritional advice so you can get fitter, healthier and happier.

We have a range of membership packages that are both flexible and
affordable and can be built to suit the needs of each member.

Whether you’re interested in our waterslides, gym, group fitness classes, pools, spas, sauna or steam room - we have something for everyone.

I've had a pretty good time here - been coming here for about 5 years. I try to avoid the swimming pool during peak times. Early mornings and during winter works well. I wish there was more parking and nearby centres built to accomodate a growing population. It is impossible to find parking on 6 PM at Monday. Apart from that, the gym is pretty good. Basic, but is more than capable of getting the job done no matter what your goals unless if you do strongman or MMA.
This was my first time visiting this place with my client, and I have to say, the experience was wonderful! The staff were attentive, the organization was excellent, and the lifeguards were fantastic especially one named Andrew. He isn’t just professional and amazing at his job; his kindness, compassion, and positive energy toward every child and person he meets are truly remarkable.nnI absolutely loved the experience and felt that Andrew deserves recognition for his dedication and the way he goes above and beyond. I’d give him 5+ stars!
I had a wonderful experience with Rachel while signing up my 1-year-old for swimming lessons. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and informative throughout the process. As a first-time parent navigating this, I truly appreciated how she took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we felt comfortable.nLooking forward to the lessons and thank you, Rachel, for making it such a positive experience!
Terrible swimming center always overcrowded, the quality of the water is disgusting, have seen all sorts of things floating in the water, people do not shower prior to entering the pool and its very sad you cannot take photos of your children in the pool. my kids always end up sick after attending here. yuck yuck yuck!
We attended with our family this morning and have left feeling horrified. We arrived to find the pools severely over occupied, with overcrowded swimming lessons jammed into all areas of the smaller pools. After a few minutes swimming with my toddler, we noticed a suspicious brown lump floating by and immediately exited and notified staff. We decided to try our luck in the larger pool as it seemed a little less busy, but in minutes that pool was also severely overcrowded and uncomfortable. Rather than preventing additional overcrowding as the smaller pools were closed and cleaned, the centre continued to allow group after group after group into the centre. We left and will not be attending again.
