Currently at the Craigieburn store and ordered a dark Italian hot chocolate . What came clearly looked like milk and tasted very thin and nothing like the creamy, decadent rich hot chocolate we had experienced at the Doncaster store. When we had asked the staff about it, he told us to taste it and if it tasted like milk chocolate not dark, they'd make a new one (it clearly looked like milk). we had informed them that this wasn't what was like last time we had it and they made a new one only to taste even worse. And it was clearly milk chocolate and tasted like quick milk. Other tables around us received incorrect orders numerous times as well and we're told they had run out of ingredients. It seemed the staff that were put on this shift had no idea what they were doing as there were some pretty unhappy customers, ourselves included.

Ordered two drinks and paid then changed my order. No problem except I wasn't refunded the difference in price. Keep your dollar twenty as compensation for us never returning and telling everyone we know about it.

Have never personally had issues here. Nice chocolate frappė, and other seemingly nice items. Staff were fairly friendly and accommodating for myself and my friends. However, somewhat slow service and confusing table numbers makes it difficult to go back to

The food was horrible. The only thing good about this place is how the present the plate. The taste is horrible. Tried it for the third time never comming back or recomeding it.
