It’s nice soft play area with very good maintenance and separate sections for each age group. Dedicated toddler section , football section couple of bouncy castles. Lots of sitting space for parents everywhere . Party space with food. Various food and drink options available. Online booking available. Each session is 2 hours. Lots of parking available as well. Overall a good place to visit.
I have been at JUMP many years ago and enjoyed it. Returned today with my younger child and felt very disappointed. The place is smaller than it used to be but apart from that is rather neglected, not very clean and definitely not worth the price as you just have 2 hours play in overcrowded space
Nice place for children to run around I have used over the years for the grandchildren Very good for kids parties. Staff are attentive And takes the stress out of parents from doing
A great experience for your children, good sitting area for parents, wonderful and attentive staff dotted around the facility keeping an eye on the children which was nice to see. Unfortunately you do have to pay for adult entry which I don't think is necessary as parents are more than likely to purchase goods from the cafe. A great indoor place for children to enjoy themselves and run out their excess energy.
Very good play place to go for soft play. Food was very reasonable. Kids enjoyed and I got some exercise too. Staff were constantly wiping down tables and very helpful. Excellent value for money.
Firstly it’s absolutely disgusting in here. The carpets and flooring are old and disgusting. Some of the equipment is tired and taped up in places. The tops of everything is covered in a thick layer of dust.. the tops of the bouncy castles etc and before they claim it’s difficult to reach, try deflating them at the end of the night and clean!! It’s funny because I’ve been to soft play centres in the US and in Morocco and the contrast is unbelievable, to think that in a so called first world country like Britain, this is acceptable is beyond belief! If you have to go then go during term time, when kids are at school. Avoid weekends and term breaks otherwise to add injury to insult, expect to find it over crowded, extremely filthy, extremely hot and expensive. I’m sure they deliberately keep it overly hot so that kids want drinks from the extortionate cafe inside. I’ve also read some reviews and it’s funny to see the response from this centre, literally chastising people who have experienced and felt the same. Unbelievable! This place is just another example of everything that is wrong with this country, a disappointing rip off! It’s all about money and they couldn't care less about anything else.
Fun for the kids, big baby/toddler area. Nice cafe but when it's busy there are hardly any free tables. Could improve on cleanliness especially the toilets.
Great place for kids, taken my kids here and now my grandchildren enjoy it too! My only criticism would be over recent years it doesn’t feel as “clean” as it used to. Food and snacks are very expensive. Staff are helpful.
Great facilities for the kids, huge soft play, football zone, bouncy castle etc plus an equivalent separate play area for the much younger ones. The only downside is that the food counter is pretty disorganised, expect it to take ages when it's busy and be a bit unreliable. And don't expect anything other than microwaved food, pizzas and chips.
Lovely active couple of hours for children. Food on site is of a good standard and very reasonably priced. Only niggle is that there is no air con. So quite hot inside.
