Nice food and good service but parma was just warm and I had to pay extra for ham. Think it would be better if food was priced better and kids' meals included drinks in the meal not as an added fee. Not sure if it's due to the public holiday but the Ice coffee came out barely cold and but don't think I'll be checking back in again.

We ordered ribeye steak and chicken parmigiana today. Spent over $60 and the only food that is nice to eat was the chips served with the steak. I asked for medium and was given medium well for the steak. The steak was a pass but the chicken is a fail. Definitely a frozen chicken and with the cheese it tasted like something from a kids' menu. Very disappointed as I only visit because of the 4 stars review. And nothing worth the rate, service was horrible no water serve and have to order at the counter ourselves and same goes with the environment. Not going to visit again.
On the 29/6/2023. I ordered a Porterhouse steak. The customer service was really good. The steak was average and cooked well but I think they salted it a bit too much.Food: 4/5
The chips were overcooked and cooked in old oil. The salad was very plain with no dressing. Parmigiana was soggy and the worst I have ever tasted. The calamari meal had six small pieces of calamari, and the rest of the plate was filled with stale overcooked chips. My husband and I have been here many times and never had food served to us like this before. It's very disappointing, and we will not be coming back.
Usually come here every week with my partner, sometimes twice a week for a smashed avo on the weekends! Sad to see the Smashed Avo got a revamp. Not sure how to feel about the dukkah and beetroot relish along with all the other flavours added to the dish. Personally prefer a much simpler smashed avo without 10 different flavours- feel like it’s trying too hard to be like the city slicker dishes of overloading the meal with unneeded ingredients. Still great service but perhaps my time to retire smashed avo and try something different
