Great service and family friendly atmosphere, always enjoyed every meal we've had there, and the management and staff are very friendly. Catering is great too!

Unbelievable. I asked staff to change a kids penne to fettuccine. Worker was pleasant and agreed but than the rude and angry manager overheard and refused to change it although I repeatedly told him my children would not eat it. I’m very dissatisfied with service

Tonight was very disappointing. Ordered garlic bread never came. Ordered orange juice and apple juice for the kids never came. Ordered a glass of shiraz never came. When I mentioned it a quick apology was made with no eye contact and a 10% discount was given. I would have preferred a genuine apology and one before going up to the counter and being asked again how everything was. Managment new about the stuff up b4 going to the counter no attempt was made to win the customer or the kids over.

This place has disgusted me. I go out for a lovely lunch with with my daughter and her friends, and just while bragging about the food and how amazing it was, I get served my vegetable soup and at the bottom of the bowl as I am taking my last sip instead of an actual vegetable I found I good old nice cockroach. WORST SERVICE. I DONT recommend this for any occasion that includes eating. DO NOT GO THERE. I gave this one star because it wouldn't let me post it unless I had a star rating.
