This was the worst experience ever had at a hungry jacks branch. The burgers were BURNT BLACK AND DRY tasted LIKE CHARCOAL, it wasn’t just one it was both the burgers which were ordered I honestly expected much better quality from a place that used to be one of my favourites. There is NO quality to the food-Really poor effort!
Horrible experience staff was soo rude. I gave her a coupon code that I got from the hungry jacks app first she made a face about it even when I told them while ordering through drive-thru thru then she did not even add it. Later I found out my order is wrong I ordered veg. Whopper I was served a non veg instead and the amount of fries is minimum. Worst
Waste of money on breakfast....nOrder a fair hit of food including b&e muffins, hashbrowns, pancakes and iced drinks.nWe had a total of 8 hashbrowns in the order and they were all put into a small box and placed in the middle of the bag which pretty much gave me a soggy hashbrown brick by the time i got home. Couldnt even pick them up put of the box.nGave me 2 straws for 4 drinks.nThere was no whipped cream for my wife's iced caramel fudge drink which not a big deal but when so much is wrong with a order...it adds up.nThe b&e muffins had the coldest un toasted buns ive ever recieved.nTo top it all off, no one is able to answer the phone for me to try resolve the issue.nAttached is a photo of my amazing hash-brick, secret menu itemnSafe to say I wont be grtting breakfast here again....
I came in the store around 9:55pm on Wednesday the 14th 2026, i ordered a nutella storm and specifically put in extra nutella when ordering on the kiosk, i waited about 10 minutes and when i got my nutella storm not only was there no extra nutella like i paid for, but the ice cream was not filled up to the top like in any other nutella storm ive gotten in the past, neither was it even filled up like how it shows in the advertisement i’ve seen on social media. When i addressed my concerns to the employee who was assisting me, she told me it was protocol to fill the ice cream up to a shitty level, as i said before lower than in any nutella storm advertisement not only that but the extra nutella i added on which i paid for, wasn’t added on either and i said there isn’t even any extra Nutella either and she repeated herself that it was protocol and that just felt like a scam since i am paying extra to have more and not to receive what i wanted. I requested a refund and she gave me one mind you i paid $6.25 and was refunded $5.75, i hadn’t realised until i got in my car and on my bank app that i wasn’t refunded the full amount. i went back in and she was misunderstanding that i was missing 0.50c from my refund saying she can’t refund .05c when i said 0.50c. Eventually i got my refund. i felt very unsatisfied by the result. not just that the store was filthy, straw wrappers scattered the floor
It was loud and cold but we found the area in the back to be a little more accommodating. The toilets were a little dirty and I had to wipe the seat prior to using. There was soap at least. I ordered my food via the app and when I went to ask if they could cut my disabled client's burgers into quarters, I was told they would give me a fork and knife to do it myself and that they didn't have the equipment to do it themselves. I am a support worker so my client has special needs and this was the very first place that has ever refused to assist me with this request. Most places have cutters that handle this, and this includes other hungry jacks restaurants. I get that it's at the staff's discretion but the way I was spoken to was not called for. When I asked about the review QR code that most places have, the manager got very angry with me and told me to go to the website and do it there. And that it would just come back to her anyway, as though my feedback would be ignored and disregarded. She copped quite an attitude with me over this. I am only leaving this review publicly because of the rude way she spoke to me when I asked about leaving a review. I wasn't rude in any way but her demeanor was quite aggressive in nature. I did get a flimsy fork and knife and managed to cut my client's food but it was challenging to do so on thin paper that the burger was wrapped in. The food was perfect so no complaints on that part. I did notice the manager was also being quite impatient with her employees also who was packing the orders.
