Horrible experience staff was soo rude. I gave her a coupon code that I got from the hungry jacks app first she made a face about it even when I told them while ordering through drive-thru thru then she did not even add it. Later I found out my order is wrong I ordered veg. Whopper I was served a non veg instead and the amount of fries is minimum. Worst
If I could give 0 stars I definitely would.nWay too many negative points to note, most recent experience on June 2025 consisted of EATING MOULD IN A WHOPPER WHILE 9 MONTHS PREGNANT. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING, UNHYGIENIC AND UNSAFE.nOrders are always incorrect, either missing items, or entirely wrong.nThey never give sauce for the meals which they should be included in, even after reminding them multiple times they still manage to 'forget'nThe staff clearly have zero hygiene practices as there is always food on the floor and they always look sick while working, no masks, no hair nets, no gloves.nnTo top it all off their management is absolutely horrible and clearly have no care towards following decent customer service or providing any apologies/resolutions for their disgusting service.nnI have been a customer for many years but now I will never eat here again or at any other hungry jacks.nnI will be making a formal food complaint to the relevant food authorities.nnThis place deserves to be shut down.
I like hungry jacks because only they have vegan options for vegetarian people like me. One of the best customer service received and on time. Some of the team members are so nice Alana, Jullie and Dani . Proper team work.
Extremely bad store manager, I ordered a angry whopper and got NOTHING like what was listed on their menu, take a look at the pictures yourself.
Absolutely slow service at the drive thru, 1 car moves forward every 10 minutes so the average wait every single time is 30+ minutes, cars have even reversed out and left before placing an order. I don't understand how management and upper aren't attending to this ongoing issue because there obviously are continuous complaints happening on a daily basis
