Placed an order on the app 20 minutes before reaching the store. The front desk Staff couldn't find my order initially so someone from back came and found the order. They then took 30 minutes to hand over the order. I understand it was a weekend and the store was busy but what's the point of having an app? And the burgers were just slapped together. Clearly the staff was under a lot of pressure. Will avoid going there on weekends and public holidays from now.
Worst customer service!!!!!!!nWe ordered for the sauce, when we asked about the sauce, we were told, it's inside the burger and will have to pay extra to get on side. Came home to find no sauce inside the burger as well.nAlso, the wrong order was taken. When we said , Staff simply said , it's Trainee who took order. Didn't bother to apologise or correct order as well.
We ordered through the drive-thru, and the order was completely incorrect. It seems like there's never a manager on duty, and no one handles their job properly. Even after complaining, they still didn’t put sauce inside the burger. This issue seems to occur only at the Craigieburn location, specifically during the night shift. The staff appear untrained; they can speak English but don't know how to work or handle customers. The customer service is non-existent. I will never visit this location again.
40 minutes wait time for 1 meal and onion rings, received the wrong meal, waited again for the correct meal, once received everything was cold apart from the drink which was warm.nUncaring service, unfriendly staff.
recently visited the Hungry Jack's in Craigieburn, and I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received. From the moment I entered the drive through , it was clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority. The manager, who I expected to set an example, had an incredibly unprofessional and rude attitude throughout my visit.nnNot only was the service bad, but when I brought up a simple issue with my order, the manager was dismissive and unhelpful. Instead of offering any kind of solution , they were condescending and rude, making the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating.nnIt's a shame when such a well-known brand allows poor management to tarnish the reputation of the store. I expected better, and sadly, this experience has left a very bad impression.nThe employees doesn’t even have the respect and this is absolutely because the manager is a very bad example and that’s why they don’t care.nnVery uncomfortable…..
