Don't trust on their halal certificate.nI ordered simple whoper burger meal and they added pork based bacon in the burger. When complained manager started arguing and giving justifications rather than sincerely apologising. Manager accepted it has happened many time in past and there is no guarantee that it wont happen in future. The burger making process that he explained to me is highly error prone and that doesn't make sure that the bacon is not added with burgers even if the bacon is not ordered. Guys please don't go there, you'll easily find plenty of other halal options nearby.
It's really tasty. We have taken the meal for 2. Dont know why the rating is low.
Went for breakfast yesterday, dined inside, placed order 9.27am, and no one was inside other than 1 x Uber driver waiting for pickup. There were no other cars outside when we parked or in drive-thru.n2 x married couples dined inside, placed their orders, and got them within 5-10min.nIt's now 9.53am, I walked up to the counter to ask when my food is coming out to then be told oh sorry, there were 11 drive-thru orders placed just before my order, to then be told, sorry it's just so busy because of mothers day.nThere were only 3 staff members working when they know its going to get busy.nWhat I did realise is that only the drive-thru orders were prioritized over the dine in customers.nI'm sorry, but that's not on.nAfter waiting over 30mins, I got really mad and asked for a refund.nThanks for ruining our day and wasting our time.nNot professional and fast food restaurants these days are not run properly.
Drivethru service is shocking. Waited in line 1 for 10 minutes without being served. Meanwhile lane 2 was flying through. Had to literally reverse out and go to lane 2 to be served. Whats the point of having 2 lanes if you're only going to serve 1 lane only. Absolutely disgusting
Disappointing experience. I ordered fries and coffee around 10pm and was told to wait in the waiting bay as chips would take 2-3 minutes. After waiting for 20 minutes, I knocked at the back door of drive-thru to which a girl opened the door and said she completely forgot. So if I didn’t knock and remind them, I would’ve waited for way longer. Not the staff’s fault necessarily but management needs to implement a system for staff to track orders in waiting bay.
