Food tasted good with free complimentary on sweet dessert doughnut by the boss. We tried other food which the shortest noodle we've ever tried in our lives. It's not bad, just that we would have preferred longer noodles. Really not used to it. It's even shorter than pasta. Also, if they could put up some music and heater, which would have made the experience warmer.

The fresh hand-pulled noodles were absolutely scrumptious, packed with flavor, and hands down the best we’ve had so far. The texture and taste were perfect, showcasing the skill and tradition behind their preparation.nnThe charcoal lamb skewers were another highlight. The marination was excellent, infusing the meat with a depth of flavor that was both savory and aromatic. Each bite was tender and delicious, making it a must-try for meat lovers.nnWe also ventured into new territory with the fungus salad, which turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Its unique flavor profile was intriguing and enjoyable, adding a refreshing contrast to the other dishes.nnLastly, the cold noodles were equally impressive. Flavour packed food and generous servings. All the lamb dishes look and taste great. We’ve tried the lamb skewers, handmade noodles, baked bun and pastry pie which were all so tasty, not oily even though it sounds like it would be! and spice levels were adjustable to our varying palates. There’s a large table suitable for bigger groups and plenty of space. They’ve been under new management for a few months. The staff are lovely and enthusiastic about their cuisine.
A newly found restaurant that I will certainly be going back to. A local family run business that welcome you through the door as you are part of the family. Well worth a visit and supporting. The food was amazing, highly recommend the Lamb Ribs, Lamb Skewers and Gosh Naan, in saying that though all dishes we had were very good. A must try. Enjoy xxxxx
Real Uyghur food! If you don’t know what to eat, this is the place to go to! Very exotic, you will find all different types of flavour, especially spicy food… so goooood!
