Just showed up without a booking to have a battery fitted and computer reset on my 2015 Touareg..they fitted me in straight away,and after approx 1hr my car was ready for me..That's excellent service for you,and I'll be giving them my business from now on..5 stars guys

Looking for a Mercedes mechanic close to home, found Don with lots of five-star reviews. Took the car in and two weeks later it was ready, on the way home the engine warning light came back on. Booked it in again, ten weeks, many calls and texts later it was ready, I can't tell you how I felt when as I was driving it home the engine warning light came back on. Four months without the car, paid thousands 6k and had to take it to a competent mechanic, paying again to have it fixed. I guess it's a lot easier getting five-star reviews than doing five-star work. The one star is for the smooth talk.
I wouldn’t take my car anywhere else. As I live on my own and getting older !, I feel very secure knowing that Don looks after my car and I can depend on it to be thoroughly reliable. When I leave it for its servicing, Don calls me a few hours later to let me know what is needed and the costs. It’s very comforting knowing that I have such a trustworthy mechanic taking care of it.
I completely trust Don and his team. He looks at current and possible future issues. He keeps my car safe on the road, and in turn, me. His free loan car service is of great value to me, it enables me to go to work while his team are working on my car. The office team are fabulous, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Don and his team.
Friendly and obliging service team got my car up and running after a cooling system leak and a service that found some other issues that were then addressed. Good consultation on required works and follow up care to investigate engine codes. I found this business to be honest and affordable for work on my Peugeot.
