Had the 60000km service completed. There was no loan car available but they ubered us home and back for no charge. The service provided by Russell and Jordan was top drawer, not too mention the mechanical expertise displayed by Brett. A thoroughly enjoyable experience for what is usually a mundane chore. Well done JMC
Still fairly upset by what happened here. We arrived in Tasmania with an idea of a fresh start. Looking for a used car around $22k we found one on the lot at Jacksons Ford. We entered the dealership and almost immediately were 'set on' by the sales manager. He said if you love the car then why dont you buy it? No offer of a seat or a drink and my partner was tired from walking. We were treated badly and looked up and down like we were homeless people well, we actually are lol. We cannot get a loan because we have no fixed address and no employment. My partner has had open heart surgery at the age of 68. We had the money to buy the car. My partner told the sales manager he wanted to buy it without a test drive. The sales manager went to the car lot to get the information on the car and when he came back said that we could not buy the car - because they made a mistake on the price. I said we should be able to buy the car at the advertised price and he said ' nice people dont do that' and that if we tried to take the matter further "it would not end well for us" I wrote to complain to Ford Australia and they said it was a matter between us and the dealership. They did not seem to care that the sales manager was rude and intimidating. JMC at Hobart contacted us and Troy said that we had "got the back up " of the sales manager. He did not apologise to us for what happened. What are your thoughts? Should they sell us the car at the price they had it advertised at?
Brilliant customer service, when I purchased the vehicle, JMC informed me of issues which were rectified by them efficiently, also lent me a very nice courtesy vehicle so I wasn't inconvenienced at all. Thoroughly recommended!
I am a regular customer for JMC, I have done all my car services there and I was happy about them. Couple of weeks ago I dropped my car there to do the regular car service. I have paid 530$which quite expensive compared to any other dealer, but I did not mind because I just want the job to be done perfectly and when I came back to collect my car I found that the interior light cover was missing and all the interior lights are not working. I have asked what happened, the reception guy told me the mechanic said it was already missing when he got the car. Then I said okay I will believe this story which is not true, but why are the interior lights are not working and he did not fix it or mention anything about it in his report !!. The reception guy told me to wait and he will let the manager to come and talk with me. When the manager came he did nothing and then told he is so busy man ! and he will check the store camera and call me next day. it's been 2 weeks now and no one called me. I would not recommend anyone to deal with them, they only care about money and if anything wrong happen , they will not care about it.
Just bought and awesome car Nissan Pathfinder R52 and the sales person Tim was no pressure and listened to what we wanted and needed. The yard manager even negotiated with price and all staff just made us feel so special. Just had it's first service and received a free car detailing and some chocolate. Also every time there was a courtesy car for the time we needed while ours was getting serviced. Would buy from them again.
I couldn’t rate it zero. Took my car in to be checked for faults and they gave it a $600 service clearly didn’t check the books to see it had been serviced 7 weeks prior elsewhere. Then looked at the fault. Quoted $3000 to fix then a month later quoted $4500 when I booked in for the repair. Questioning it they offered to “outsource” for the part in question. Couldn’t find one. My husband did though. The part was $2000 and the labour $300. Money making liars, not helped that the face of the service department is a 20 something year old girl who knows more about the kardashians than cars.
Mr Brett Henderson was an absolute pleasure to deal with on the purchase of the Volkswagen Polo. It is the best small car I have ever driven.
Stay away from JMC is the best advice I can give after having bought a car from them and having to deal with their unbelievably bad service since. The car was second hand and showed major failures in the first two weeks ! which we are trying to get repaired in the timeframe of the warranty...JMC is on the other hand is doing all to delay repairs, their service is absolutely miserable and their responses contradictory and confusing. A waste of time and money!
This would be the best dealership I have ever had the pleasure to have bought a car from , the salesman Giovarny was wonderful charming and dealing with him was a pleasure
Had a great experience buying a used Mazda 3 from Tim. He provided excellent service and went the extra mile to get me a solid deal. Everything was sorted so efficiently and professionally as well. I will definitely be doing business with JMC in the future.
