I had car regular service and spend $299 for 75000km and they don’t wash my car for complementary. No apologies and staff says this car wash is only happened when they have time. So it really depends on your luck. Good luck people. This way I feel like … did they even done the other task properly?
Everyone was so helpful and friendly. I needed a car fairly quickly and they obliged. Justin was generous with his time and carefully explained all the safety features and infotainment system. I am absolutely delighted with my Kia Rio Sport previously owned a Kia Rio for 10years and never had a moment's trouble. I would thoroughly recommend Hobart Kia.
Very poor communication / customer experience after sending in a vehicle for brake replacement/repairs. No updates on when the vehicle would be ready past the date it was expected to be fixed. Inconsistent information provided on the status of the vehicle from admin and services departments.
If you wanna just waste your time and freeze your deposit; just order with them. Had ordered KIA Sportage GT Line DSL 2.0 AWD on 1st November and literally didn’t get any updates for 2 month, had to enquire three times just to know if my order has been placed or not cause they had told that their ordering window is 1st week of every month that’s why I placed order on 1st of November. Shamelessly they replied as they don’t have ceiling available to order the vehicle. After 2 months, seriously? I could have brought vehicle already from another state. Shame! Update: Just emailed to George, let see how he can help me buy my vehicle without further waiting. Thanks.
I just got a new car from here. Catlyn and Imran helped us through the whole process and it went really quickly. Some car options are not available if you're looking for an immediate deal, but they're doing well so far. I hope they keep up the good work.
From start to finish Brett at Hobart Kia has been such an awesome salesman. I couldn’t be happier with my experience. He made sure I was 100% happy with my decision of a new car, and continuously kept in contact waiting for my vehicle to arrive. I highly recommend Brett to anyone that is wanting to purchase a car, you won’t be disappointed.
Hobart Kia were friendly and helpful from the first point of contact. All my dealings with them were easy and trouble free, and they make the process of buying my vehicle a painless one. Justin especially went above and beyond to get me the vehicle I wanted, and personally came to deliver my car and show me the features. I would certainly recommend them to anyone wanting to buy a new vehicle.
The team at Hobart Kia just made the whole process easy from start to finish. They kept me posted every step of the way in relation to delivery of my new vehicle and I couldn’t be happier.
Poor service! The car is already in stock, but it still takes 10 business days for delivery. Very disappointed.
