I would give 10 stars for the service I received today from Tim. Had to get a difficult globe for my car. 3 mechanics in my area and Super cheap couldn't provide it. Rang with the part number supplied by Tilford. I couldn't get to Hobart because I am working every day and am in customer service myself. No problem Tim suggested a courier they use but possibly wouldn't get collected until the following day and a small fee. That's great because I can't get there. Delivered to my work within less than 4 hours. OMG awesome and incredible work by Tim and the Couriers. Thank you so much
Quick service, helpful team... but a little bit on the pricey side. Same exact product, down to the brand was $8 at a nearby parts store.
Extremely impressed with the service from Adam, today. He went above and beyond to ensure he had the correct starter motor for my car in stock... even sending me a photo of the item to save me potentially wasting a trip. Good pricing.
