I recently purchased a Ford Ranger Wildtrack X 2024 from Tilford Hobart, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The entire process was smooth and efficient, from car booking to financing. The dealership also offers great incentives and deals, which made the purchase even better. Additionally, the service department is top-notch. Today I got my car 3,000km peace of mind service checked free of charge with complementary wash as well. Overall, I highly recommend Tilford Hobart for anyone in the market for a Ford vehicle. Their exceptional sales and service make them stand out from the rest. Five stars all around!
Had my SUV serviced today and the service was great. It was finished on time and my car came out clean as well. Staff are very hands on and warm to customers. They go extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Will totally recommend. Even had my door opened for me to come in and drive my car out of the centre That was sweet. I really appreciate the team at Ford Tilford.
I’ve had two vehicles sold and serviced with Tilford. The sales experience with Daniel was excellent, and the service experience managed by Nathan and his team has also been excellent. If there has been an issue it’s been dealt with, no ‘run around’ or trying to deny there is an issue. Which is refreshing for a car dealership. Loan cars are also provided for every service which is very convenient.
Service staff receiving vehicle came across as prioritise money over customer satisfaction and vehicle health. Overall service to vehicle was done to satisfaction and quoted costs.
A great experience had at Tilford Hobart. The main issue with the tyre pressure on my Ford Ranger Wildtrak was resolved by the technician-well done team.
My Ford Eco Sport did a timing chain. From when I booked my car in to be fixed an the day it was in I had Melissa Banks rang me to say she would be dealing with my car an if I needed anything just to ring her an ask. She was so helpful kept me updated with what was going on. She was a delightful young lady to deal with.
We had a wonderful experience with Mel handling our car. Such a delight! She even put a surprise chocolate in our invoice folder, which was lovely. Exceptionally happy with the whole experience.
For Melissa Banks My Van was taken in by Tilfords when nobody else in or around Hobart could fit us in.The repair and service we received was excellent.Timing was a major factor for us,and we were desperate to have it finished in time for our ferry crossing. Melissa in the service department made the whole operation work perfectly.She was delightful in her manner and super helpful.I don’t know how she managed to get the mechanics to finish in plenty of time to totally relieve our stress ,but we are eternally grateful to her and everyone involved
I’ve had mixed experiences here, had brake controller fitted to my ranger and the price was far better than the major 4wd accessory stores fitting the same thing. Log book servicing was carried out promptly and drop off/pick up was a smooth process. Rating is lower due to my experience with a warranty repair, vehicle was returned 2 days later after a secondary issue that appeared when removed fuel pump was re-fitted. Service manager Nathan was very helpful during this process but it was evident the job was a rush to get the vehicle ready by the weekend. Vehicle smelt of diesel for weeks due to residual on the chassis, hoses not clipped back in place etc
The service booking wasn't recognised in the system! Despite this, I managed to squeeze in for a service late in the day. It was well managed by the staff and I am pleasantly surprised by the facilities available whilst you wait for your service- tea, coffee, furniture and some snacks to allow you to comfortably sit back and work on the free wifi.
