Was told a certain case wasn't available unless I brought a new just released Samsung phone but when I showed them what I wanted on trade me they told me that they couldn't order that for me because of a change in systems they are doing... Not very impressed...

Visited Spark in Cambridge last week cause I was using up LOADS of data and was only in the country temporarily. The staff sorted it for me and made sure I had enough for the rest of my trip - I was very happy. Thanks so much.
