Perfect for our needs. Helpful and accommodation front house staff made our stay comfortable. Our room was perfect for two of us, comfortable bed nice and clean. Heat pump kept us warm, great shower pressure!! Will be going back tomorrow as well. Thank you
We were disappointed with our stay. Before arriving, we were told $20 charge extra children and that our toddler would stay free. The charge changed to $30 and we were also charged for our toddler.nnOur first room had a large tear in the vinyl flooring and black mould on the silicone around the bath. My daughter has mould and dust allergies with severe asthma, so this was particularly concerning. We requested another room, but the replacement had one fewer bed and no bath, along with ants on the bedside table and a sink that had been patched with silicone.nnWe were initially told we would receive a $30 refund to compensate, but this was later withdrawn. They decided not to charge my.sister for her child instead because they 'dont give refunds'.nnThe beds were comfortable, the electric blankets were appreciated on a cold night, and the TV was a good size. The room itself was also spacious.nnUnfortunately, our daughter woke the next morning with a puffy red eye, likely dust from the heat pump. I forgot to check the filter.nnOverall, we left feeling disappointed with both the condition of the accommodation and the way our concerns were handled.nDefinitely would not recommend.
Its actually a nice little motel. The only thing we disliked about it, is we went out and came back quite late, but the power only works when your in the room. So we came back to a very cold room. We had to wait at least an hour before the room warmed up and the electric blankets warms the cold sheets. But if you were staying in, then it would be perfect.
Absolute rubbish. Oven was not cleaned, jug didn't work, tv had not batteries, bedsheets were faded, stove and microwave were from 1980s and did not work well. 0/5 and left after 5 min and lost 1 of the 4 night and they still have not refunded me nearly a year later. DO NOT GO HERE.
We arrived late evening with no booking and managed to book the last room for the night. The lady owner in reception so sorry I forgot your name was super helpful and showed us to our room and explained everything, also gave recommendations for dinner around the area. We were given fresh milk for a cuppa and there were a range of drink options to help ourselves to, plus a few little treats to enjoy. The bed was super comfy, the room /unit was very clean and you could tell it’s been looked after and maintained with love. Beautiful shower, very spacious bathroom and all the essentials, we really only needed a toothbrush and toothpaste . There was no noticeable noise from outside and located close to cafes supermarket and shops. Thanks we’ll come again great experience.
