I stayed here for two nights at the end of May. I had not booked but had checked out local motels online before arriving in Masterton.nnWas offered a fairly large studio room when I asked for a studio. The room seemed clean, there wasn’t a lot of bench space in the kitchen area but they had made a lot of use of the available space.nnI did have to be shown how to use the tv - maybe written instructions would be helpful.nnWalkable to the shopping centre.nnWould stay here again if in Masterton.
Amble Inn Motel provided a comfortable and convenient stay in Masterton. My room was clean and well-equipped for my needs. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from Yatin. He was incredibly helpful, offering local tips and ensuring I had everything I needed. His friendly and welcoming attitude made a real difference to my experience. The motel's location was also handy for getting around. For a reliable and pleasant stay with outstanding service, especially from Yatin, I recommend Amble Inn Motel.
Clean, handy to everything, nice proprietor, rooms are tiny but ok to sleep in if you are out all day. Needs some TLC, fresh paint doesn't cut it. Cheap enough so yes would stay there again
A very good motel.Its not the Hyatt but its a good place, very clean , good bed,warm, good tv netflix and an excellant shower. Nice new owners too.
So average for the price. The room ceiling was peeling and damp looking. 30 degree day and no air conditioning unit in the room except for an old fan that did nothing. The pool was filthy and the net had a hole in it so we couldn’t clean it. You’d expect a clean pool in the middle of summer as it was a main factor in us selecting this place for accommodation. Unfortunate and convenient that the front desk doesn’t open until 8.30 when most guests would have checked out by so I couldn’t give my feedback face to face. Won’t be booking again.
