Have only dealt with the Reception & Property Management Team. Rude and colder than Antarctica. Poor customer service with attitude; the impression I got was that they felt it was a 'chore' to pick up the phone and E.T the Property Manager was condescending and lacked basic conversational skills; clearly wanted to be elsewhere apart from answering some pretty simple questions. Way to go, for a small town business - you should consider what impression you make to the public with your frontline staff.
