While I haven't had hundreds, I've had enough property managers to know that Mark and his team are the pick of the bunch. There's none of the usual over aggressive sales pitch you get from some agents- who typically over promise and under deliver. Adelaide South Property are honest, polite, on the level and talk to you as adults. Their service gives me the confidence in knowing my rental is being looked after, while at the same time also ensuring they act in my best interest as a property investor.

Mark Nielsen initially provided me with the essential rental estimate needed when I was financing the construction of a new rental property in Darlington.  Since that time he has given valuable, rent-focussed-advice on some of the important construction, furnishing and leasing decisions that face inexperienced landlords.  Ultimately, Mark & Cheryl selected excellent tenants for the property and have subsequently been very responsive to any requests I and my tenants have made of them.  I would happily recommend their services.
