Story

The Raine & Horne franchises inclusive of Morphett Vale / Christies Beach, Reynella / Woodcroft & Brighton / Hallett Cove are all owned & operated by husband & wife team John & Jennifer Drabic. Collectively, John & Jennifer have over 40 years of Real Estate experience & they have been an integral part of the Raine & Horne brand for over 15 years. Their staff has grown over the years & now includes a substantial sales team, numerous administration & support staff as well as a professional property management department.

As a testament to their strong belief in "bricks & mortar" as well as reinforcing the value & importance of their area, John & Jennifer proudly purchased their large & very prominent office building on Main South Road Morphett Vale over 8 years ago. They are serious about Real Estate & are committed to their area. This substantial & impressive building spanning over 500m2 easily houses all three franchises.

Primarily our company specialises in the selling, buying & managing of residential Real Estate & this may include houses, home units & vacant land. Having a large experienced staff allows us to service the needs of a large cross section of clientele. Our many additional services can include property development, auctions, commercial property sales/leasing, corporate business sales, rural property, hotel broking, interstate transfers, financial services, home styling & property maintenance. Our company has received many accolades as a result of their efforts over the years & these include well over 350 awards for excellence in marketing, service, sales & property management. We are also 6 times winners of Raine & Horne's #1 Franchisee & currently hold the title of #4 Sales office for our Morphett Vale office across 26 Raine & Horne offices Statewide.
