I purchased a property through the real estate agents and the agent was unprofessional and tried to not get the contract addendum done. This is after settlement had taken place. First said they will replace the oven then no response. Tried contacting innumerable times but no response. My conveyancer was kind enough to contact and they got a person to repair the old oven and cooker and did but replace the oven as advised. I suggest to be careful if you are settling first before getting work done as per contract. Cause this real estate company does not meet its commitments and totally unprofessional attitude and service.
