This is my first and probably only review, but this place was so good I had to. Firstly, we walked in with no booking and were told there would be a 16 minute wait (perfect!). The real wait was probably not longer than 20 minutes and the owner was so lovely and apologetic, and gave my friend and I a Tasmanian cider & beer on the house. This was all great but the real reason I am writing this review is to rave about the gluten free base. I’ve eaten many gluten free items in my life that I’m not entirely sure weren’t just cardboard concealed as food. But this gluten free BBQ chicken pizza was something else. A blessing. A revelation. Christ himself reincarnated in pizza form. I can not recommend it more enthusiastically. EAT AT THIS PLACE.

Always fabulous! Mine host Simon goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has a memorable night. Beautiful food and great ambience. We visit Solo Pasta every time we come to Hobart. Treat yourself!

This family-friendly Italian restaurant is a hidden treasure. It's unassumingly decorated with film memorabilia and photos, and you could be forgiven for thinking it's just another little family pizzeria... but wow, we had dinner here and had one of the best nights ever thanks to the delightfully friendly staff and the perfectly prepared food. It felt like we were part of the family for a couple of hours, and to top it off, they gave us each a shot of Frangelico on the house as we paid our bill. This is the only 5-star rating I've ever given a family restaurant. We loved this place!

Delicious food and great staff. Simon in particular was very attentive and friendly. This is the type of restaurant you return to again and again because everything is so wonderful. Can't wait to return

I loved it. 5 years ago we went and now we are back again. Some changes but flavours are still awesome. I went back twice again this holiday again. The pizzas are to die for! Pasta omg, unforgettable. (Gamberi pasta twice cos so bloody good)
