Some meals are fantastic but quality varies, if you can - eat in, because they rarely make high quality take away servings (always add too much rice and much less of the meat or other topping in the container). If you do eat there you are most likely to get a disinterested counter girl and better food when there are less customers. I have eaten there enough to see how consistent they are, and am now sick of the place. The manager or the main male server is the kindest one of them all.

Food was ok, service was basically non existent, found a hair in the miso soup, and was refused a glass of tap water. Won't be eating at this chain again.

Needs better lunch options. I would love if this place relaxed a bit and let people order the banquet at lunch time. And you generally have to pay for soy sauce with your sushi. That's a bit lame....
