A Meatlovers Pizza without any sauce at the base.. Firstly a Meatlovers Pizza is by default with BBQ sauce unless someone asks to be made with Tomato base, but they did not put any sauce. Upon giving them this feedback they straightaway said that it has the sauce and there is nothing wrong with the pizza.. So I give ZERO star as a rating to the Pizza preparation...I would advice everyone to stick to Traditional Pizza shops
Really bad. I called to order pizza and the guy was quite rude on the phone, I should’ve hung up but none the less I ordered. The food arrived a little to quickly. I’m not sure if these are microwaved pizzas ? If so, coles brand is better and cheaper. The cheese was literally white it looked like cream, not a inch of flavour, just tasted like soggy bread. Horrible
My family and I recently moved into the area. We found this place online and were excited to try one of the many pizzas available. As soon as I got there, I should have known by the state the store was in not to buy anything. A dirty store and staff that were not interested in being there. I went ahead and decided to give them the benefit of the doubt but should have listened to the other reviews in hindsight. We took those pizzas I bought home to eat, they were all undercooked and tasted horrible. There was one in particular photo attached where we found a fly embedded into the ingredients. Disgusting. We immediately stopped eating and called the store to let them know. We were met with a very rude and uninterested female worker who demanded we send her a photo which we immediately did and she also would not let us speak to the manager. She accused us of having lied about finding the fly and said that could never have happened and hasn't happened before. She then said she would not be refunding the pizza, offering other compensation for next time or even apologising for what had happened. This incident has completely turned me off ever returning and I hope that anyone reading this also doesn't make the mistake that I made. Please find somewhere else where the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the store and the staff customer satisfaction are a top priority. I feel sick just writing this review.
They have really let go of meeting any standards. The meat has a very bad smell and the pizza texture is stale. Look at the amount of salt on the chips. Also asked for extra tomato and onion in kebab they didn’t put any. How stingy.
Worst pizza I ever eaten, I have ordered Veggie delight and Amritsari Pizza . - no pizza sauce at all , It’s just in outer edges - pizza base was uncooked. - pizza base sticking to box , as shown in picture
My family and I ordered some fish and chips from this place and it was like holding cardboard completely burnt and i could hold it with 2 fingers and it wouldn't bend. 20% of the fish was frozen fish and the other 80% was air. Also the chips that came with it tasted stale and had no seasoning at all. If I could give 0 stars I would. I legit wouldn't feed this to my dog utterly discussed
Very bad service and bad pizza, waited over a hour to pickup the pizza's when told they will be ready in 20 minutes, after the long hour wait i went home to find pizza's burnt, their excuse was the oven is not working right. Also 1 of the pizza's had chilli sauce when asked not to put it on so that went to waste, ended up in the bin and ordered food elsewhere, I could not believe how they operate that buisness, maybe it was a good thing after watching them make food for a hour, 2 out of 6 guys had gloves on while making the pizza, place is dirty, i will never enter that place again.
Today visit this place and ordered pizza, which took 42 mins to get ready while another ubereats delivery guy complain in very low tone and politely said to the staff that you said 10 mins but its more than 35 mins im waiting, in response the owner become violent and said you can cancel the order and f.off ,, seriously your shop is doing good because of us customers. V bad service and rude people
Service to customers should be the priority however when waiting for our order we had to wait 10 minutes longer for our food as they were talking instead of working. Pizza also slightly mid
Nice pizza. Would be great if they can afford to keep the price back to pre covid level.
