Very friendly staff, they were extremely busy and under pressure though when I arrived and the wait was longer than I would have liked. When I took my order home, I realised one of my items wasn't in the bag, which I paid for, so certainly not impressed with that.... And the burgers were basically deconstructed in their boxes. Some maintenance around the facility wouldn't hurt either. Would be great to see some improvement so we can enjoy our local Nando's.

Bad customer service. Repeated myself 3 times for bbq sauce. They don’t add it into my order and then when they bring the food they tell me I have to wait in line again to order the $1.50 sauce I had asked for to begin with ( because it was never on the receipt). Happens every time.

I love Nando's. This store is not up to the Nando's standard. Many outdoor tables not just a little wobbly, but significantly so, or not being cleaned. Chicken appeared cooked, but not as warm as I or my kids thought it should be, which makes me question how they were prepared.

If you value your peri peri points make sure you get receipt and lodge it online. This stores system is 99.99% of the time offline or not working.
