Dr Katherine is a rip off. She has no empathy for her patients. First she makes you wait forever (40 mins) in her waiting room , secondly her staff is of no help specially the Chinese girl at the front. When my turn came she explained everything in less than 20 mins, didn’t entertain my queries. Not impressed at all for the amount of money she charges and doesn’t even entertains you properly. I got my child’s work done somewhere else in half of the money she quoted with a very happy experience .
