HCF is horribe, terrible, very bad to deal with. Their service lacks empathy, they are rude, smug people who want your money but do not want to help you. Have changed my policy overnight and please train yourselves at being better humans first.
I feel really bad for the staff here. Most are over-worked and underpaid. I was too. My parents are first generation immigrants and they wouldn't have dealt well with such working conditions, I don't know how I did. It's like a jail, no windows, not enough support staff for the clinicians. Made me regret completing the degree that I did, my entire schooling years and my parents move here. Dieing in a 3rd world country as a child perhaps might have been a better alternative. Felt like slavery. The truth is bitter like coffee.
Had my first appointment with them in the beginning of the year. They cleaned my teeth pretty harshly and quickly and filled up the rest of the time talking about removing my wisdom teeth. I had no intentions of going back but since two free dental appointments were part of the package, my whole family decided to go again. Today we had 3 appointments booked for the family. One lasted 10 minutes and costed $200+, one was cancelled without my knowing and another was scheduled 15 minutes earlier than the text they sent out said it would be. Wouldn't recommend it and wouldn't come again if I could help it.
The staff booked me in with Dr Lwin on my first visit with HCF dental. He was the worst dentist I’ve ever had. I was done in 15 minutes for X-rays, check up and clean. It was so uncomfortable and such a rush job. I was not even allowed to rinse until the end. All that 15 minutes my HCF cover charged was $450. What’s the rush? I was the only patient there! Staff was ok but could be more pleasant if the dentist was a bit more friendly. I will give the other dentist a go next time. They have 4 other dentists. I am still apprehensive on taking my 6 years old for her first ever check up.
After having a ‘difficult’ wisdom tooth extracted & miracles pretty much having to be performed to remove it, I was so overwhelmed at the after care & support provided by Andrew. His expertise & genuine concern for my well being was incredible. I am so pleasantly surprised at the high level of quality provided by HCF dental.
Attended this dental clinic for the first time for a routine clean. Treatment provided by the dental hygienist and head dentist was rough and there was no proper facilities to rinse your mouth. Instead, I was just given 2 plastic cups to rinse and spit into. Very hesitant to return.
Getting an appointment for dental is very difficult. Some time you have to wait for months. Service is good. One of my cavity filling experience was not good,otherwise fine.
Branch staff and dental are very friendly and helpful I've enjoyed getting to know them this year. So glad to be a part of this team!
I bought overseas cover for my dad. Seems like they do not have any idea about the service they offering.
