Receptionist with short red coloured hair & glasses is rude, has no manners, condescending & unhelpful. From the time I opened the door she told me to seat, not even a good morning. I went to ask her what time they would see my daughter after 40 minutes waiting and she tried to push back saying I was 15 minutes late which is just not true. Orthodontist is good but you have to pass the obstacle in the reception.
Always get a second opinion, when I did after 2 years so was told I was paying for services that were not required and significantly overcharged. On each visit 10min consultation, they swiped our Medical fund and maxed out without communications. Seems very unethical, only found out later, as it was not on the invoice. Orthodontist may know his stuff, but consults 3 patients at a time, so spend more time waiting. Consultations are rushed, waiting area is cramped, receptionist isn't renowned for manners.

The service here is absolutely fantastic. After getting braces at the ripe old age of 13 and failing to wear my plate after they were removed, I needed some minor adjustments before my engagement party as some of my teeth had unfortunately moved. Dr Chi recommended Invisalign, and it's quite possibly one of the best decisions I've ever made. I heard mixed reviews from friends and family about invisalign, but trusted Dr Chi's advice and i haven't looked back since. It saved me the trouble and cost of getting veneers. Thank you so much!
Received a phone call the day prior to our appointment, asking if we were attending. Confirmed we were. Upon arriving 10 minutes early, the waiting room is overflowing with 4 clients left standing. We have now been waiting for over 30 minutes, with no explaination as to why. No apology given either. This is the 3rd time they have been runnng late. Receptionist with short red coloured hair & glasses is rude, condescending & unhelpful. When asked by another client where their other office is located in Penrith, she stated, “I don’t live in Penrith, I live in Bankstown, so I can’t help you.” Utterly disgraceful customer service!
Finally got the courage to get my teeth fixed and and very impressed with the all the staff very friendly great customer service was looked after very well in particular by Dr Chi’s senior nurse Funda thanks Dr Chi can’t wait for my new smile

Dr. Chi is absolutely hilarious, making it very easy to forget that I am at the dentist! Highly recommended!!
