My wife saw Dr Elizabeth Hsu to do a dental treatment. Worst experience ever. As I am writing this review we are in the Emergency ward of the hospital. She didn’t do the job properly. Didn’t consult with us as the patient on what was going on. She spend less than half an hour on each appointment and had a filling done. After the second treatment, severe pain started to occur. We saw her the third time after experiencing a week of sever pain but again no sign of proper treatment as she didn’t have ‘enough time’. We used to drive from Penrith to get to the clinic in Castle Hill and it wasn’t worth at all. The worst experience ever: please make sure to not use this practice as the cost and pain of the experience doesn’t worth it at all.
One of the best dentistry clinics you can ever find in the Hills district. My family have been visiting the clinic since 6 years ago and found them always reliable, professional, and affordable. Highly recommended!
As a former footballer getting hit in the face was an occupational hazard so I've had dental treatment all over the world. Often bad, where the money mattered more than my mouth. Rip offs. Family members recommended JG and it was the best advice ever. From the first phone call to walking out the door repaired and rejuvenated, this boutique practice is the best I've ever known. Friendly, non-judgemental and there to help, my problems were solved by the wonderful skill and care of Dr Katienka Hu. She's an angel. JG is far more than jolly good, it's just great. My thanks to all the staff.
The receptionist booked us with the wrong Dr, when I specifically asked for Dr Hu saying my mum had a referral voucher from Westmead at the time of the booking. Not so much of an apology from the reception for the time and petrol we wasted when we turned up to the appointment early in the morning and was advised Dr Hu is still on holidays in a very rude manner! They tried to suggest an alternative Dr who was not on the list of recommended Dr from Westmead. Very money hungry is all I can say about this not so service. You have just lost a patient.
Excellent practice with state of the art equipment. Very friendly reception staff too. I visited their practice recently as a new patient and saw Dr Gokani for a checkup and clean. Made me feel very comfortable throughout the appointment and I was done in no time. Would recommend for sure!
Very friendly and helpful team, great patience, very professional experience, beautiful and tidy shining clinic. Dr. Katienka Hu is so kind and nice that she checked my teeth carefully and explained my issues clearly, she also gave me several options to cure my issues, and compared the different results, she helped me choose the most suitable plan, she also encouraged and comforted me during the treatment, many thanks!
Dr Katienka Hu is my family dentist for many years. She has also become a close friend of mine. She is very patient and shows genuine caring to each patient. My younger daughter who is 3 years also loves visiting the dentist and loves brushing teeth because of the magic that Dr Hu has showed to her. I have recommended all my friends to Dr Hu for dental services and would continue do so. I would rate 10/10 for her detail oriented service, professional attitude, approaching personality, patience and genuine caring to her patient.
Dr Katherine Hu is not only my dentist, she has become my family. She honestly cleans my teeth so well and always gives the best advice!! I’ve been going there for over 12 years and I haven’t ever been disappointed. I’ve told my whole family & friends to come here. Highly recommend.
Best dentist and highly recommended. Dr Gokani has been my dentist for over 20 years - he fixed up my teeth as a child which had very bad fillings done by another dentist and had become infected. Ever since then, he's been looking after the dental health of our whole family and I've not needed anything more than a single filling.
I would give this place 10 stars if I could. It's a dental Surgery much under rated. I was so lucky to be able to see Dr. Hu and her team this afternoon, refered by friend on the day before, they actually been fully booked until December. I would recomend Dr. Hu to anyone, she saved my tooth today which recomended to be pulled out by other dentist.
