I've been a customer here for several years and my experience has always been first rate. Staff are polite, helpful, friendly and efficient. My waiting times have been short and the dental treatment has been excellent.
I visited the dentist yesterday for a check up. Sue Patel is absolutely lovely. Kind and caring. I had an unexpected emotional moment and she was so lovely. Doesn’t rush you and clearly cares about her patients. Highly recommend this practice.

Worst dentist in the area , 2019 tried to force me to pay for private implant, calling them today for a treatment ,seems like I'm still in a black list , said you haven't been here since 2019 and our nhs appointment all fully booked, what a lack of professionalism !!!!
I am a new patient at this Practice and all I can say is that this is by far the best Dental Practice I have been to. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful over the phone, her customer service was outstanding! On arrival, they had safety measures in place to prevent contamination of COVID-19. All employees wore adequate PPE and their confidence on their management made me feel at ease, especially since I am pregnant and I was afraid of going to the dentist in the middle of the pandemia. Dr Su Patel was very kind, both over the phone and during the treatment. She explained very clearly the procedure she was going to perform as I had an abscess in my gum and the limitations she had due to my pregnancy. She also shared her knowledge, explaining the options I had between now and the time I give birth. She came across as very knowledgeable, patient, kind and with superb customer service! I highly recommend her and the practice.
I've been very pleased with this dental practice. Janita clearly knows her stuff, is very thorough, clear in her explanations and not shy of giving honest feedback if you need to be taking better care of your teeth! Janita recently gave me well-reasoned advice about my wisdom teeth, and I went back in shortly after for Meetal to extract one of them. Meetal also demonstrated a very high level of competence, and performed the extraction quickly and efficiently. Support from assistants and reception has also been great, so thanks to all.
I think this is a great practice. My dentist is knowledgeable, personable and gentle. She is so on the ball, gives good advice and I trust her implicitly. Great service.
Terrible service. Every time i come in with the child for a booked in advance appointment we have to wait for an hour to be seen. What is the point of booking appointments! Dentists are pushing for a private service saying that NHS treatments are not good enough. Receptionists very rude! would not recommend.
We have been with the dental practice for two years. Very good service - all the staff are polite and helpful and most importantly good at their job and all the treatment we have received has been of a high standard.
Clear practice with great staff, explains in detail each treatment and how to prevent it. Really helpful and well run. Best dentist I've been to.
