I don't appreciate Lies being put on Google about teeth cleaning that you have never have done at my surgery at Prospect Dianne Allen. I saw you twice in 2009 and you never had your teeth cleaned. You have no right to place a review for teeth cleaning that was never carried out. You are not telling the truth and this person you refer to you as Dianne has not worked for me for many years. The fact that you singled her out shows the kind of person you are. You were rescued by us when you had a very sore wisdom tooth and had some very small minor fillings done afterwards but were NOT INTERESTED in follow up appointments to clean your very dirty teeth. Obviously you have made a terrible mistake and cannot even remember who provides treatment to you. You are a very ungrateful and angry person and I am glad that you go elsewhere for your treatment and I wish you all the best for the future

Had my teeth cleaned and a couple of days later had extreme pain with a tooth at Prospect surgery (this was a few years ago now). Dr C Calleia's assistant Dianne would NOT let me speak to dentist about it. She offered me an appointment for 2 weeks time. I had to go to a dentist in Penrith and ended up having root canal work. I have rung the surgery several times at Prospect (long time ago now) as well as Castle Hill over the years to have my name taken off the mailing list but I am still being sent reminders. I was even told that Dr Craig Calleia would call me back but he never did!!!!! PLEASE TAKE ME OFF YOUR MAILING LIST!!!!!! I'm NOT interested in hearing from you when you did NOT care that I was in terrible PAIN. GOODBYE
