Staff are friendly. But personally, I don't like the dentists as they are like salespeople. They kept telling me how to improve my smiles by some cosmetic treatment. They took photos and charged my health fund. At the end, I was charged more than just a check up and clean.

One of the worst experience. Not professional and not considering. Took few X-ray, not even show me these photos, it's just money grabbing. I was there on 24th May but not under this Google user name.

Extremely awful experience. I made a booking a week ago to see them and when I arrived there was no one at the reception, so waited for 25 minutes and still no one. When I went in and checked what’s happeneing, the dental assistant decided to speak to me in Chinese as she could not speak English profficently. She told me there was no booking and asked me to show her the recorded phone conversation (who records phone conversations for dental appointments?). Also it was concerning that she just left in the middle of a cleaning procedure. Please start speaking English to your customers and get a receptionist. I would not recommend anyone to go there. To the Owner of the business: It's interesting that you get very defensive straight away when customers post their honest feedbacks instead of accepting the mistakes and apologies. You need to understand that customer is the reason you exist. There are over 1,000 dentists in Sydney and you are not a public institution. Learn to apologise to your customers instead of arguing back to your CUSTOMERS. I was there at 11.30am today and I am not from another local business trying to sabotage your business. It seems that you are far more quicker to respond to Google Review then getting appointments right. Please note that the purpose of Google Reviews is to be transparent and as a business you need to accept both compliments and criticisms. No business is perfect and your attitude of not being able to accept criticisms is accurately reflected in the staff attitude I saw today. You mentioned that you have over 50,000 customer database, that's exactly the problem as you are getting too complacent. I wish you have a good day.

Excellent staffs at the practice are very polite and well trained. Definitely coming back again soon.
