Dropped my car off 15th of April. Minor damage. Was told it would be ready to pick up 39th of April. Probably sooner. Rang today and was told probably still on track for 29th of April. Messaged this afternoon and told now estimated 5th of May.. but don't turn up on that day until I hear from them. Reading the reviews this is common. Just because I didn't make sure with my policy I could pick my own repairer. Mistake I won't make again. Picked car up today and was given 1.5 hours notice to pick it up before they closed. Dropped car off on 15th of April and picked it up today 29th. When I looked at the receipt the job was started on 24th. 9 DAYS they had my car and it was sitting there. No communication from them what so ever

This was my insurance companies preferred repairer, in which I trusted that it would be the best around and quick and reliable. I wish I had of done my research because I am absolutely appalled and disgusted at the level of unprofessionalism received. Got told my car would be ready 8 working days from when I dropped it off, then get a message saying it’s estimated at a week later than that, I then called them the day before collection date to confirm this date was correct for them to tell me yes it would be ready, only to receive a message  2 hours later saying it won’t be ready.nCould not recommend this repairer any less, please save your time and go elsewhere.

I had wonderful service by this company. The work was perfectly executed. In addition, when I collected the car a day earlier than originally promised I found the car cleaned and detailed inside and out. I found the staff to be polite and efficient at all times.

Our thanks to the team at Gemini who repaired our Mazda and completed it a day earlier than anticipated. Regular updates informing us at what stage the repair was at. The whole process was clockwork, very happy.  Andrew.
