Dropped my car off for repairs after an incident. Lorry and Katherine were amazing. Whole process was very painless. Everything was well explained by Lorry and Katherine had even refilled some of the required form.nThey ordered me and Uber and got me to my hire car.nAll in all the experience was awesome. They were very precise and extremely polite throughout the entire process. They kept me informed at every stage of the repair via text messages and notified me promptly when the car was ready. The result exceeded my expectations—my car looked even better than it did before the repair. They had also cleaned the inside of the car, which I really appreciated. At the end, they provided a clear and detailed explanation of the work done, along with all the necessary documentation. Overall, their service was accurate, professional, and highly transparent.

Just picked my car up from being repaired.  A 2004 Nissan Maxima.  Never having had need of a panel beater before, I've got to say that there was nothing I would fault.  The damage to my car was caused by another driver, who was at fault.  After dropping my car off at Gemini a couple of weeks ago, they organised an Uber for me to pick up a hire car, they also organised the hire car which they organised on the spot.  Their communication throughout, probable 4 or 5 texts all up, kept me informed and in dropping off the hire car they even organised an Uber to get me to their factory in Wantirna.  The repairs are great.  The ladies on the front desk are amazing, particularly Catherine!  Do not let that woman leave or retire!

We've had our new BYD car repaired here twice, the second time not our fault was because we'd had a great experience, the first time. Catherine at reception is a real gem, offering very useful advice and Laurie who assessed our car was very patient and knowledgeable. They ordered us an Uber to and from the car hire and we got our car fixed and returned earlier than anticipated. Now that's what I call great service all around! Thanks so much!
