As someone who is very protective of my car, it's hard to hand it over to people that I don't know, I also have very high expectations and an eye for small details. I was pleasantly surprised with the level of communication from Gemini, every time I called for an update they were happy to provide some info. I got the car back yesterday and it looks great. My sunroof was smashed by a falling branch which meant there was glass everywhere. I've driven the car and there's still a lot of glass hidden behind panels that I can hear, falling down the door arches and such. In terms of the repair quality, the sunroof is a genuine unit and the paint repair looks great. The only other thing I'd like to nitpick is the white overspray on my wheels which is particularly annoying since they're black and only 3 months old. Overall I'm fairly satisfied, but still some work of my own to complete to finish off the job.  Update: I took the car back and the team were great to help clean up the wheels. Much appreciated.

The worst job I have ever seen. My silver car the boot is red the paint job is horrendous the boot is not aligned. The worst customer service. Sent back for repair 3 times and still not fixed. Went to the ombudsman against the insurer this company was given multiple opportunities to fix the issues. Had to take off numerous days being told the tow truck would come when it didn't the communication was just awful. I hate to write negative reviews but after 3 failed attempts and no apologies we are done.

This repair company under the direction of an insurance company did not do quality work. In fact my car returned after the so called repairs in worse condition than before the incident. It has been explained to me recently that the reason why my car is dull is due to swirls in the paint. 2 independent panel beaters explained these are caused by a tool called a Dynabrade which apparently shouldn't be used on factory paint. For clarity I have had the car from new and no one else has worked on the paint on the car. There were other items that were never completed or finished properly either. Now I have just realised that water is getting into the door skin when it rains due to a door seal not been replaced which was damaged as part of the incident.Service:&nbsp;General repairs &amp; maintenance

It took 3.5 months for my car to be repaired and majority of the delay was for sourcing the parts. The ETA kept moving a couple of times and I was very concerned with some of the reviews here. However, I have a positive experience with my repairs and the work on the car is really nice and well done

Very happy with the quick turn around time considering the amount of damage that was being repaired.   Looked as good as new when I picked it up.  Nice and clean and great paint work too.Services:&nbsp;Body &amp; Trim
