the search for the decent, honest, mechanic can be long and fruitless. But sometimes the story ends happily.... these guys are very well worth your time. Great service, very helpful advice and realistic about costs , helped me in every way they could, great attitude. If you've been burned too many times and you're just over it, these guys are your go-to for the next service.

Thanks Premium team for fitting me in at short notice when I was in need with two screaming children whom which settled down quite quickly once they saw the children’s area. Great customer service big thumbs up 👍

I would give zero stars if I could. Took my car here (a Jaguar X Type) to get a roadworthy done. Initial inspection all went fine, booked the car back in with them to have a few minor items done plus a power steering hose replaced (quoted $600 labour and I volunteered to supplied the hose because they couldn't source one - yet I managed to) and the RWC finalised. Upon dropping the car back, was told it'd be first car looked at, so hung around. Waited. And waited. About 11am was told they didn't realise they were to attend to these minor items (i.e. handbrake adjust, headlight adjust and hose replacement). Waited again. Was later told they wouldn't have time to get to my car that day, so wasted most of a day waiting and didn't end up with a RWC. Annoying, but not the end of the world. HOWEVER- the worst thing of all was taking the car home, driving it a day later and seeing smoke from under the bonnet and smelling burning oil. These incompetent morons had left the oil cap off, sitting loosely on top of the engine. The car had spat its oil all over the engine bay and I am super lucky not to have completely buggered the engine. So annoyed. And so pissed off to have wasted the cost of a roadworthy (plus my time) on these idiots. BTW, took my car elsewhere for a roadworthy on principle and car sailed through, without the hose replacement I was quoted at $600 for. Go figure.
