Very knowledgeable mechanic  and does not ever resort to silly tricks of the trade like many other reputed mechanics do, including even the so called "reputed brands" in my own experience. Really happy with DR concepts and have been with them for the last more than 5 years for all my cars, including a VW. Highly recommended

DO NOT USE THIS MECHANIC.  Four family members have had their car serviced for for the last few years.  As it turns out, each car has never had on oil change, or any fluids changed/topped up.  This caused serious damage one car that caused the need for a new engine.  When it was requested that new transmission fluid was flushed a changed in another car, it turned out that it never happened, and we now need to spend $4,000.00 to repair this.  The third car has all wheel nuts/components stripped and the fourth also never has the oil changed.  All of these incidents happened with three months of each other, and after about 3 years of continual service.  All incidents were picked up after it was too late, and looked at by dealers/other mechanics.  
Lee himself is a friendly person, and charges very reasonable rates, but does not perform the work.

Lei is a knowledgeable mechanic with years experience.  Even fitted me in with minimal notice when I needed a rear diff support bar installed.  Would not hesitate to suggest others to have their cars serviced and maintained here.

Lei provides very helpful, friendly and reliable service! I go to him all the time now. He is very honest and lets you know exactly what needs doing and what can wait. He doesn't overcharge and rip you off like a lot of other places. I highly recommend!

Well priced, eager to please and polite. Drove me to the shopping centre while my service was done. Honest advice about what needs replacing and what doesn't. Quick replies to inquiries. Well done Lei and team.
